"I needed a contractor I could trust, and I found one in Todd Lamos. I have rental properties in Vermont, but I am based in Texas. Todd Lamos was recommended to me for some residential repairs. Todd provided me with a fair estimate for the work to be done, provided an honest timeline of when the work would be performed, and then followed through on his promises. I especially appreciated that although I could have spent more on the necessary repairs, Mr. Lamos provided a realistic estimate taking into consideration the age of the structure and came up with a plan to address the construction issues sufficiently at a considerable saving. Once the job was complete Mr. Lamos provided photographs of the finished project for verification.
